This renovation kept the exterior of the house in tact and transformed the interior into a continuous space. The central staircase is relocated in order to simplify and improve circulation, the kitchen, dining room, and living room are combined into an open plan and large, glass sliding doors open up to the balcony, further stretching the space out into the expansive view.
